Take accurate measurements
Using fixed reference points such as walls, columns, and structural features, we measure from the inside and translate that information to the roof surface. This step ensures we’re investigating the correct area, rather than relying on surface assumptions.
Dig deeper when the roof looks fine
If the roof isn’t showing visible signs of damage, the investigation continues indoors. That may include removing ceiling tiles or tracing the path above the ceiling until we can connect the inside evidence with the exterior source.
Inspect the rooftop suspects
Once the inside and outside line up, we check for common roofing problems like open seams, punctures, flashing issues, clogged drains, or equipment-related trouble.
Rule out the imposters (like the AC unit)
Not all leaks are roof leaks. HVAC systems are frequent culprits, and issues can include:
